We measure Zelvi against every Level A and AA success criterion in WCAG 2.1 Level AA, keep the results current, and treat a barrier that stops a learner from finishing a task as a defect rather than a request.

Report a barrier

Email [email protected] and describe what you were trying to do, what stopped you and what you were using. You do not need an account to report one. We reply to accessibility reports within five working days, and a barrier that blocks someone from finishing a task is treated as a defect rather than a request.
